Your City Our City Foundation is dedicated to empowering the youth of Palatka, Florida by providing a safe, supportive after-school environment where children are nourished, mentored and inspired to reach their full potential. Through nutritious meals, academic support, tutoring and structured athletic programs including boxing, basketball, soccer, and football, we equip young people with the discipline, confidence and life skills needed to succeed in school and in life. We believe that when a community invests in its children, it builds a stronger future for all.

Monthly Kids Care Power Packs
Every child deserves to walk into school feeling confident, cared for and seen. But for some, clean clothes or proper shoes make all the difference.
Our Monthly Kids Care Power Packs meet that need; providing hygiene essentials, a new pair of shoes, and a full outfit for each child. Not just to get by, but to feel proud, prepared, and ready for the week ahead.
This program is about more than clothing. It’s about restoring confidence, building self-worth, and reminding every child they matter.
